We were kindly gifted the Daphne Dress from Frugi by Lauren at Real Housewife Of Suffolk, who is part of the #FrugiFamily. She knows how much we love expanding Charlotte’s wardrobe with beautiful pieces and knew we would be perfect for the #GiftOfGiving campaign. For this review, I have handed the blog over to The Man, who was rather excited about making his reviewing début.
From the moment I took the dress out of its packaging, I fell in love with it. My daughter loves anything and everything to do with dinosaurs at the moment as well as being into all things pink. The vibrant pink and flowers along with the dinosaurs make this the perfect dress for our daughter this season.
The material is made from quality soft organic cotton, and its long sleeves give it that extra warmth on those chilly days. As our youngest, two children suffer from a touch of eczema we prefer to use organic clothing as much as possible and have no worries about possible irritations occurring from what they are wearing. It is very adaptable regarding being able to match it with leggings, tights or even without them if the weather calls for it.
For me, the biggest plus to this dress has to the poppers! I mean when you have a wiggling child, and you are trying to do up buttons it has to be one of the biggest toddler related stress’s going, so this simplistic method makes for a relaxed atmosphere as well as a happy Daddy and Daughter. The wife noted that she liked how flexible the dress was regarding not being restricted for a toddler to play in as many other dresses she has come across.
